Maybe some stupid questions but here goes anyways:

1:  What kind of material will you use  for the overlay?  Bumping against it and general use would certainly smug the ink?

2:  What do you plan on using instead of carriage bolts?  How are you going to attach the panel without them?
Chuck Norris was originally in Street Fighter II, but was removed by Beta Testers because every button caused him to do a roundhouse kick. When asked about this "glitch," Norris replied "What Glitch?"

I finalized the art and sent it off to MameMarquees.
Below is what the final design looks like. I valued all input even if in the end I didn't use your suggestion.

(if the design looks a bit taller than before, the bottom 2 1/2" fold down and cover the front of th CP)

PS: The more I look at the above art without my colored buttons, the more I think it would look cool with white buttons instead...

I am very happy with the quality of the print job, but wow, you can really see some color shifting now that the two are side-by-side.

In any case, I will of course use what I got. No one will know (but me and you folks

My advice. Don't use deep blues & purples.. the most difficult for a printer to get correct.

If you don't like the colors.. let Scott know. He has worked with many people to get the colors correct. I think Scott asks for files to be in RGB mode, but you can ask him. Hey may have some sort of rip / print station that converts everything to CMYK anyway, so RGB might be the best for that. I always work in CMYK if I'm going to print to a CMYK printer. Scott's printer may have more colors or some completely different process though, so let him know

No, no way am I gonna complain to Scott. He already did several test prints to get the colors good and we exchanged a few emails during the process. I told him I was happy with the results. End of story. The guy charges us very little for the amount of work he puts into this.

I was merely looking for advice for my next projects.
