Can anyone help track down this old jukebox?

I'm finishing up on my arcade cabinet and I'm starting to plan my next project.

I'm going to do a jukebox and when I was thinking of a design I remembered this jukebox from sometime in the 80's, it was located at a local pizza hut.  It was nothing to fancy but it had this circle of lights in the middle with a mirror behind it.  It was some kind of optical illusion as when you looked into the circle of lights it looked like the lights went into this endless void in space and never ended.  It was pretty cool and I remember all the kids (including myself) would stand in front of this thing and just stare into it.

So, does anyone else remember this jukebox and do you happen to remember who made it or what the name of it was.

I would like to incorporate that light fixture with the mirror into the one I build.

    Nope, not the one I used to look at in Pizza Hut but the lights are the same, the only difference is the one I used to look at had just a circle of lights with about a 5-6 inch radius in the middle of the cab.

Could it have been a Rowe R-85 or R-86?

  Not sure ken, is there a picture somewhere that I could look at. I'll try a google search on the model you mentioned.

btw, I really just need to find out how they did the lights to make them look like the go on forever.  I know they use at least one mirror but I'm sure I'm missing something.  Is there another mirror somewhere to get it to look like it is endless or does it take only one?

Haven't done it myself, but doesn't look to hard.  If you wanted to re-create the one from your youth, I guess you would need to put the lights in a circle of the desired size.  Hope this helps.
