You can always gofor a Nasty spinner $18 or there's this one on eBay

depending on the games you want to play; these might do just fine

I bought one of those ebay specials for around $40 and it works great!  I'd recommend it to any and all as an alternative to the expensive spinners, but they're hard to come by on ebay.

If I knew how I'd consider it.

Hey Hoagie_One,

You've got e-mail regarding a hard drive bearing.

Or here: http://www.doughansen.net/arcade/spinner.htm

I have been considering trying to build this one, but I'm not exactly skilled at this kind of thing. Has anyone done this? If so, how hard was it?

I have one, but can't seem to find the usb interface, If someone wants to cut a couple corners and not have to build the spinner, I'll cut ya  a deal. I can provide a picture later today if any are interested, but it is the Nasty spinner with the blue bunny knob.
