Umm..ok WTF !!
Here is the story.I bought 20 p360 sticks when they were on special.7 of them didnt work(dont go left right up down and many other diagonal issues).So when I bought them they were $24.99 each.SO I call them and explain the situation and they give me a RMA # and I sent them out for replacement.I told them to test the sticks out THEN send me the replacement but since they are bunch cakeholes they charged me full price which is like $50 each now.Now my USPS record shows they had the sticks on 12/01/04 and I called yesterday and some lady said "we never got the stick I will call you back today and see what we can do" but nobody from happs called back.Anywho so I call again today and now one of them is telling me all p360 sticks I sent out are "USED".I wired 3 of them and never even touched the other 4 that never worked.Now HOW IN THE BLUE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT 7/20 STICKS ARE ALL BROKEN WITHOUT WIRING THEM UP
Really how dumb can they possibly be to tell me things like "we can't send you the replacements cuz you wired the sticks".Top of that I only soldered 3 of them and other 4 sticks were never soldered.

Can I sue them ?? Anyone ? Thanks for reading...

You need to go higher up the chain of command, some little turd there is making the decision. If someone in charge knew what was going on and who you were telling about it ( BYOACers ) then you would get your new sticks in a couple of days.

agreed....i work at a financial institution and we have a loan/member service call center and half the time members will ask questions and our call center reps will give them some retard answer.  but when the member calls and talks to a manager or supervisor, the higher up usually works out a deal with them unless its a totally far fetched request.  just keep trying to get a higher up, and youll get your joysticks back at the original price.
