12 or so year old coin door, replace microswitches?
« on: December 21, 2004, 11:28:11 pm »
I recently purchased a nice coin door but it's around 12 years old, should I consider purchasing new coin door microswitches? It's not going to be under heavy use but is more of just a novelty

Those switches don't go bad... unless the wires got bent beyond repair...

If it ain't broke don't fix it!

Seriously, they should only be replaced if they are giving trouble. Some of the replacements being made today are not as good as the old ones.
