so is it true that most new keyboard doesnt encounter the ghost and blocking problem? if yes then i got to go buy one...

Where did you hear that?  Most new keyboards don't encounter the ghosting problem b/c they employ the blocking problem, which is worse for gameplay.

They're still useable (see http://www.mameworld.net/emuadvice/keyhack2.html)

But for the time and trouble involved, you would be MUCH better off with a KeyWiz Eco 2 from http://www.groovygamegear.com/Page2.html

I agree, buy yourself a low dollar encoder. The first CP I did was with a keyboard hack. It worked okay, but it was a huge hassle. Encoders are just so much easier to deal with.
