in the back row / left hand side of the last pick you can see X-Men Children of the atom cab.   I bought one of those last year from a local Arcade Shop, and in the process of restoring it.

I was hoping to attend the auction but no luck.

I'm curious on how much that X-Men Sold for...if it did.

No doubt, every auction I've been to in Canada sell for CHEAP. Man last saturday Cruisin USA went for like 300 bucks......

I guess arcades aren't as popular here as in the states

Actually in 1989 when I went to Montreal for the first time, there were exactly ZERO ARCADES anywhere in Central Connecticut.  They had all long since gone out of business.
Last one I was in was in 1987 and it sucked.

However, in Montreal, there was an arcade (or a porn shop..heh heh) every 2 blocks,
and they were loaded with all sorts of games.

Thats the first time I saw that galaxy game from Sega, the huge sit-down that would spin and tilt and stuff...I think it was "Galaxy Warrior" or something....I'd check KLOV but man I'm lazy ;)

Do you have any more pics of the cabs....  some nice pics of the sideart would really help my model making efforts. :)

LOL they sold a street fighter 3 in a sf2 cab. That poor sf lasted all that time with it's original bezel and overlay in tact only to be converted to sf3 about 10 years later. :)

Ya damn right ;D

I used to live there(Montreal)...AHHH....I miss canada so much these days..

Live on $0.49 pizza slice and hang around in the arcades all the time.Thats when I started playing tons of games.

That also explains how I speak French as well as English. :)
