Is my dynamo cabinet a 25'' inch??

Hey ya'll. I recently rebuilt this dynamo cabinet and I'm not quite sure if its meant to be used with a 19'' or 25'' inch monitor. The cabinet width is roughly 25 1/2 inches. Currently there is a 19'' inch monitor in the unit and it looks pretty nice. I also have this 25 inch monitor with the width of about 22 inches across. The problem is...when I try to put this monitor in the cabinet, there is about an inch thick of wood on each side of the inside of the cabinet. This is a bummer considering I got this monitor fixed and paid a lot of cash for it. So can someone tell me if this cabinet is meant for a 25'' inch monitor or am I just going insane-o.

It looks like some I have with 19's.  You should be able to mod it to fit the 25 if your measurements are right.  I haven't done that yet myself, but I have some 25's I want to put in some of my 19" games.  If you mod it to fit, let me know how it works out.  I will do the same.

Sorry to confuse you.  Yes it was DESIGNED for a 19" monitor.  If you have any carpentry skills you should be able to MODIFY it to hold a 25" monitor.  I have two of the same cabinet that HAVE 19" monitors in them.  One is vertical, other is horizontal.  When I geta chance I want to MODIFY them to hold 25" monitors.

I hope that is less confusing, I typed it as slow as I could...

Steve. Thanks. Sorry my I.Q. is negative 120.  . Yea I wondering what kind of tool I shoul use to get rid of the inside wood. Its vertical about an inch thick on each side... The monitor looks like it could fit, but the sides of the chassy stick out a little too much. Poo...
