peltia coolers

I don't know if that's how you spell it.  I have 2 from a while back.  I got them on combos I bought from a friend of mine.  When I sold the combos, I kept the peltia's, and installed normal heat sinks and fans.  I think they were for pentium 3's, (not sure).  If anyone is interested, I can borrow a camera and take some pics.  They look like they will fit on newer boards.  If anyone does not know what they are, (or if I just mispelled it so bad you just can't tell), they are refrigerators for your CPU.  While at idle they lowered the cpu temp down to between 45 and 65 degrees F, depending on how many amps the PS put out.  He said they were about $100 when they first came out.  He always buys the best of everything, and when it first comes out.  Any offers?  If anyone is local (Long Island, (if you don't know where LI is, you aren't local...)), you are welcome to come check them out.

I will look, and try to get pics,(have to borrow a cam).  If I remember correctly, at cpu idle with a CHEAP power supply, like the 230w ones that come in a $25 case it lowered the cpu temp to about 65f, compared to 85-100 with a fan and heat sink.  With a good power supply, (dont remember the amperage), it lowered cpu temp to 45F at idle.  The cheap power supply was good enough, you do NOT NEED a seperate or expensive PS to run these.  BTW, the above temps were at MAX cpu overclocking, high enough to have to raise cpu core voltage .2-.3v.  Since I no longer overclock anything, I just dont need these things.

I'd like to see a pic.  Is it complete with a fan/heatsink for the peltier, or is it the peltier plate alone?
