Sapphire Radeon 7500 S-Vid out???

Hi, I need a card that has a good S-Video out,  and people on the board say that ATI's are pretty good for the price, I was looking at the 7500 Radeon...

But the only ones in my price range are Sapphire Radeon 7500's, not the true "made by ati" ones (which are hard to find!), but after some research, I found out that Sapphire  makes alot of the ATI's that says "Made by ATI", and they are the largest 3rd party maker ATI has.

someone said that the great tv outs were only on the "made by ATI", but  someone also said they got theres for the price range i'm looking at, the Sapphire Radeon 7500 range (i'm guessing).

Can anyone comment on their S-Video out? I only need a "It's pretty good" to place my order.
