Marquee light questions...
« on: November 15, 2004, 12:14:26 am »
I have a Tekken 2 machine and it takes a couple of minutes for the marquee to light up after I turn the machine on...any ideas why?

Also I have a Time Soldiers that the marquee just stopped lighting up one day.  The bulb looked pretty burnt on the ends so I replaced it but still no light.

In both cases it sounds like the starter is shot. You need to go to the hardware or lighting supply store and buy an "FS-2" Fluorescent Starter. Should cost around a buck.

If that doesn't work you should be able to find a whole lighting fixture for under $10.
Acceptance of Zen philosophy is marred slightly by the nagging thought that if all things are interconnected, then all things must be in some way involved with Pauly Shore.
