Artwork for Control Panel?

I'd like to have some artwork on my arcade controller when I get done building it.  Since I unfortunately can't draw or paint for poo myself, does anyone know where I can get a custom job ordered from or how I could maybe chop up some different CP layouts to use on my joystick?
I'm planning to build a two player cp with 6 buttons per player with an 8 way joystick each.  Then in the center I would like to include a 4 way joystick (Pac-man/galaga) and a single fire button.  
So what can I do about artwork to make it look cool?!?!?!
(I hate that marble vinyl stuff, I want pacman on my stick)

There's ready made stuff, and I think some links to people here willing to do commission work.
