Microswitches for gear shifters?

I'm looking for some microswitches for my 4 way gear shifter.  Currently it has 3 butterfly switches, but they are old and don't always make connection.  I was thinking about replacing them with microswitches.  Does anybody know a good place to buy microswitches (maybe the sega daytona type), for my gear shifter?  Else could I maybe use the switches off a 8way joystick?
