Is it possible to turn off the wrap_list option for just one list but not all the others? I love that feature, but it makes it impossible to know where the top is in the longest played list.

No, sorry (just about the only option I didn't make emulator/list specific
)...
But you could use the P2 stick to move a page at a time - the list doesn't wrap then
