trackball in mame
« on: November 07, 2004, 11:14:33 pm »
I am having trouble getting my trackball to work in windows command line mame.  It only works in the y-axis when playing games.  It works fine as a mouse in windows and when navigating in mamewah.  My mame.ini is set as mouse 1 and trackball_device mouse.  I have ruled out the frontend as the cause because I still have the problem when I run a game from the command line.

Also, it works fine when using mame32 with the mouse enabled.

Has anybody else had this problem?  thanks

Use the TAB menu in MAME to see if only your x-axis is mapped...
