KeyWiz Max 1.5 or I-pac?
« on: November 05, 2004, 06:54:00 pm »
Hi all; this question has probally been asked before  ::) - I had a quick look through the various pages here and couldn't find it.

A search functoin added to this board would be helpfull.
Anyway, I digress . . .

As my cab is almost ready to be "kitted" out, im just assembling the final few components. Wondering if I should use a KeyWiz Max 1.5 or an I-PAC?

They are both avaliable in Australia, the KeyWiz at AU$69 and the I-PAC at AU$80. The KeyWiz im able to get postage free from http://www.arcadegamingaustralia.com.au/product.php?productid=9&cat=9&page=1

and the I-PAC from Ebay. Im going to be putting an order in to Ultimarc in the future, but not for a while yet, so im wondering which would be the best choice?

What are the pro's and con's? Ive read the company pages on both, but im looking for a more user perspective. For example, which provides the better software? Does the KeyWiz lose any settings on shut down? Ect...

All comment's welcome, good or bad for both.

Kind regards;

LordDamo  :)

A search function is a part of these boards......

Search a little and you'll find it

Then use the search function to find many threads that will answer your question

If you look all the way at the top of the page, the search function is there. I have bought 2 Ipacs so far and I love them, and Andy's customer service is top notch.
