Cocktail Cab with Over-Under Coin door?
« on: October 31, 2004, 03:14:31 pm »
I'm building a Ms Pacman cocktail cab.
Found a cheap over-under coin door at fleabay
for $30.  After getting it, I'm thinking it may be too
big for a cocktail cab.  Height of cab base is 26" but the
coin door is already 20".

Does anyone have a cocktail cab that uses the over-under?
Any advice on putting it on or should I just look for another
coin door?

Well if you're building a cocktail to the same size as the original an over-under probably won't fit properly. The original coin doors on most of the cocktails I've seen have the coin mechs turned so that they are flat against the inside of the coin door so they don't intrude into the inside of the cad. Cocktails are pretty space limited in the inside.
