Cabinet update (4 pics)
« on: October 24, 2004, 03:24:47 am »
A while back I posted a few messages with pictures showing the progress I was making on my cabinet. For those who did not read those messages I'll summarize my cab. I picked up this cab for 100 bucks from a guy recommended to me be GGKoul. I brought it home and striped it of everything, the monitor was already striped. The cab already had 2 joysticks and 12 buttons (mostly leafswicthes) I went and ordered myself an IPAC and 2 buttons (player 1 and 2).

Love that you are into this hobby but dude I've gotta say your monitor solution bites ass. Sorry I know that's not the kind of feedback you want but seriously dude, you need to rethink this. Apart from the monitor well done.

Apollo: If you mean the size of the monitor I agree it looks a bit pathetic right now, but this is just a temporary solution. This was a monitor from an old system I had lying around. I am thinking of putting a TV in here or a larger monitor, but like I said in my post above I'll have to see what I can fit in there with the way I have built the shelf.

If you mean something more than just the size of the monitor, like the front bezel or the monitor shelf, then perhaps you could elaborate?
