I've got access to a CNC water jet cutting tool (plus a brake press for bending metal).  Anyways, I made an Autocad drawing and cut my panel out of stainless steel.  My plan is to cover it with the Happ black vinyl, but it looks kind of cool in stainless.

There were some errors in the cutting - does anyone know how to tell the CNC machine to cut the button and screw holes from the inside of the lines?  Because of the errors, this one is definately getting covered, but maybe I'll do another one and do a comparison.

It varies between softwares.  My recommendations is to reduce the size of the hole so that it matches your need.

I also cut mine out with a automated plasma cutter. I imagine it's about the same. I just made the holes smaller than they need to be, because where the holes start is the same place they finish and it makes a notch there. If you end up needing bigger holes you can just drill em out.
