Can anyone tell me what this was originally? And Need LARGE vinyl. 4 Foot Square

This is my main mame cab, I bought it about 10 years ago as a time killers.
It originally had a 25" that I replaced with a 27" D9200. I'm just curious what it started life as. It has a 3 slot coin door, and the whole thing sits on a board on the bottom. (See pics.)

I want to finish my cab and need some large vinyl to recover the sides. (They already have vinyl, they are not painted.)
I need vinyl that is about 48" square.

Any clues?
