Configuring a Toshiba TV...

Hey Guys... I just wanted to let you all know that the Dream Machine nears completion, however I am having a problem with the TV interface. The TV is only in Black and white and is constantly scrolling. I don't know how to fix this. Any help?

Give us more info...

What are you feeding the signal to the Toshiba TV with?  ArcadeVGA?  Other?

What type of connection are you using?  S-video, component, composite?

Is the Black & White and the scrolling occuring in DOS, Windows or both?

What OS are you using?  Win ME, Win 98, Win2k, WinXp?

What front-end are you using?

A bit more info and we can make a better judgement/suggestion.  :)
