Are arcade machines still being produced?
« on: September 18, 2004, 09:10:26 pm »
Just a question I've had, but are arcade machines still being produced? Whenever I walk into an arcade the newest games I see are NFL Blitz(s), The house of the Dead(s), Marvel Vs. Capcom(s), and Time Crisis (s). All these games are getting pretty old when you think about it, and the only new arcade games i can think of are golden tees, which a new one comes out every year, I was just wondering, thanks.
Coming soon: 4 player mame cab and Scratch built Moonwalker....Hall of Fame, here I come!

Arcades are still huge in other parts of the world, like Japan, so I would wager a lot of new machines are still ebing made, but are probably not making it across the pont to North America.
