Trackball Template
« on: September 16, 2004, 11:59:37 pm »
Can anyone give me a template for mounting a imperial 3" trackball?

I will not be using a mounting plate, so I need to know where to drill the 4 holes (plus the big hole).

Thanks!

I suggest you to open your trackball and use the top part to mark your holes. That's how I'm going to do it!, I own an Imperial Trackball.

Imperial, wico and happs follow the industry standard for the hole locations and hole sizes.*  The Imperial and wico cases are bigger than the happs/atari cases, though.

Check out mounting plate dimensions and happs case size for sizes, but nothing's as good as the actual thing, as brained suggested.

*except for happs hall ball model.  The other models, high lip, GT, high rim, and normal all use the the same.
