I just ordered the model 3 with USB mouse interface...

Here is what I understand it takes to install..

connect wires from spinner optics to the USB interface
plug into USB port on computer

Is it really THAT easy to install?

Nope.  ;)

Gotta drill a hole in your CP, stick the shaft through, and screw the knob onto the shaft.

Yeah, actually it is that easy.

If you can't be a good example at least try to be a horrible reminder.

When you get this hooked up, etc, let us know how ithe spinner works (i.e. response, spinning capability, etc.  I'm thinking about buying one of these or the Slikstik, if I can talk myself to spending the $100.  I'm leaning toward Slikstik, but would like a second opinion from someone who has the Model 3.

I can't offer any opinions on the Slikstik (or the Model 3) since I don't have one, but I can highly recommend the Oscar Vortex.  I have a Vortex, and absolutely love it.  The weight and action on it is absolutely perfect.

Do you use it for the driving games?  If so, how is it on Pole Position and other 360 degree wheel games?
