It had Arkanoid in it.  Just curious as to its "origin"

Thanks

Reminds me of Frogger (or a few other Sega/Gremlin games) but the coin door wasn't the large over/under type on those (that was an Atari/Centuri/Gottlieb thing)  So i doubt it's that.

That is a Frogger cabinet, it probably didn't have Frogger in it originally though, as that same cabinet style was used for dozens of games over the next couple years, and they eventually switched over to the over\under doors.

At this point it doesn't matter what it was, as there is nothing left to that one.

If you are looking for parts then control panels from most any Sega cabinet from the 80-82 era will fit, even the panels off the convertacabs (Zaxxon, the Sega vectors).  Basically if the panel looks like it will fit and it is Sega, then it probably will. I had one of those cabinets (Super Moon Cresta) and I was able to verify that the convertacab panels also fit.
Acceptance of Zen philosophy is marred slightly by the nagging thought that if all things are interconnected, then all things must be in some way involved with Pauly Shore.
