Looking for Cocktail vent cover

Does anyone know where i can purchase a couple of Cocktail vent covers similar to the Pacman or Mrs. Pacman rectangular sytle??

Although they're slightly different from the originals, the vent/speaker grills used on this recent cocktail project, http://home.indy.rr.com/mamecocktail/Mame_page_files/frame.htm, look pretty good, I think.  The website says that they were purchased at Radio Shack, but they might not be still available.
