Edge Finishing Help
« on: September 02, 2004, 10:06:55 am »
Ok, I am almost done with my control panel, but I have an issue that cropped up.
I have plywood as a base, a CPO over that and then plexiglass (no comments puh-leez   ;D).
This is causing a rough edge all the way around.
Is there any kind of trim shaped like a U that can snap around to smooth the feel?
What have you guys done about this?

Is the plexi rough, or the plywood?

You can sand them both until they are smooth.

You can also dress the edge of plywood with plastic wood, if it has voids or tool marks.

What about T-molding or am I missing something?
