A Sad day
«

Today I had to put to rest an old Robotron Cab. My girlfriend picked it up at a garage sale this morning with a terrible hacked in game called Kid Niki, Radical Ninja. I had intended to give the Cab to a friend for his MAME project but once we started looking into it we found that it had such extensive damage that it was unrecoverable. It must have been under a leak in this guys garage because even the top would flake apart under your fingers. The only saving grace was that I was able to recover a lot of the mechs and hardware (Although the coin mechs are 25 cents Canadian and the mech door was badly corroded). Still it was very sad taking the stripped cab for recycling

Personally I like Kid Niki Radical Ninja. Sad to hear about the cab though. Sometimes there is nothing you can do.

The boards are up on eBay, they look OK. The cab was only $15 so I went ahead and bought it since the CP was in good shape and will fit my Joust cab.
