Help re installing arcadevga

i have installed the arcadevga card but i obviously need to install the
driver
how can i do this if i can't see anything on the screen.
Do i use the old vga card on the computer monitor and install the drivers,
then switch the card?
or how do i do it
i have all good lights on the j-pac but nothing except a blue screen on the
monitor, so i presume i need to install the xp drivers?
