Coin door/mech repair
« on: August 30, 2002, 02:45:40 pm »
Does anyone know of a good source of information for trouble shooting coin door/mech door issues?

I guess for a specific question, I was wondering what is sent to a PCB/JAMMA to show activation of one coin?  Does the switch connect to Ground, similar to the rest of the arcade switches, or does it send a voltage?

With a JAMMA board you momentarily ground the coin switch wire just like you do with control panel switches.
