That appears to be an Artic (ATW) cabinet. Probably a Scramble (if not a Scramble then it was shipped as an empty cabinet).

The matching New Game marquee suggests it was bought sans game.

Artic had approximately 10 titles (most bootleg, a few original ones), which were available in 20 different cabinets. Yes, 20 different cabinets.

All ATW cabinets are rare individually do to the fact that there were like 200 combinations of game and cab, but there is little to no demand for any of them other than the bootleg Defenders.

I have an ATW King & Balloon that I converted to "Galaga" (Mame).
Acceptance of Zen philosophy is marred slightly by the nagging thought that if all things are interconnected, then all things must be in some way involved with Pauly Shore.
