CP layout
« on: August 23, 2004, 03:32:00 pm »
Anyone up for organizing a layout?

Feel free to move the controls right to the edge of the green line, that is the safe border.

Is 3 buttons enough for most vertical games?  (excluding start/coin/admin  buttons)
I'd also like to throw a spinner in there, think there's room?

Here is my crappy sample pic:

Here is the editable photoshop file.

Rename it from "cp.txt" to "cp.psd"

Note to admin: You should allow us to upload photoshop images.
It would be really nice.

Too much stuff in too small a space.

I would suggest either 1 joystick and the trackball, or two joysticks and no trackball.

You can always make a seperate panel with the trackball.

hot swappable control panels.

Really is the way to go... (ok, sometimes it is).

bunch of smaller specialized control panels..  It also allows you to create / expand later
