those locks are really easy to pick. If you're remotely interested in lock picking, now's the perfect time to buy a small set of picks.
Either that or you could drill out the locks, they are only made of cast white metal, easy to drill. You only have to drill where the tumblers are, use like a 1/4" drill bit and you'll be golden. You DON'T have to drill the whole 3/4" lock out, just a little bit around where you the key in.
You could remvove the cam (the arm thing on the back of the lock that moves when you turn the key) if you have access to the back of the door.
