Root Beer Tapper for Sale

Hello,

I have a non-working Root Beer Tapper for sale.  I have pics posted in a thread in the main forum.  Game does not work.  I have no idea what is wrong with it.  It appears complete, but I am not sure what pieces work and what doesn't.  Side art is in good shape.  Control panel is complete with the tap controls, joystick and buttons.  

If anyone is seriously interested, please contact me by email and we can discuss.  If I don't get any serious interest, I will probably just post it on Ebay.  I am located in Central PA and I will not ship this game, but I am willing to travel 1-2 hours to meet somewhere for pick-up.  My email is confuseacat@intergrafix.net.
