Thought this might be relevant and useful to you. One thing I HATE about kinko's is the often ineptness of the employees, and their condescending, combative, or ambivalent attitudes. Take them out of the equation (for the most part) and I might start using them again. Since none of my PCs are online, I can't really take a look at the service, but I'd love to hear what anybody else has to say.

Kinko's debuts Web-based print options
FedEx Kinko's on Tuesday unveiled Web-based software that helps print documents at remote locations. The tool, dubbed "File, Print FedEx Kinko's," is lets customers control the printing process. Consumers can select options such as single- or double-sided printing and have the results printed at one of the chain's 1,100 centers across the United States, or shipped via FedEx.
The Web-based software, which uses Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 and is compatible with Windows 2000 and Windows XP platforms, is aimed at mobile professionals and small businesses.
