Anybody know the pinout for this board?

Super Space Stranger, a Space Invaders clone. Japanese version of the game. I can't find the pinout anywhere, and thus I can't figure out if the thing actually has a 4.8 volt line and a 5 volt line, or if it has two 5 volt lines and one of them is low?
