Problem with new IPAC

I just got a new IPAC2 with PS/2 port interface. when i start up my comp it says keyboard can not be found. and no buttons work r the keyboard in the pass through. the i pac gives 2 blinks then nothing. ive tried everything, nothing works! Please help!

Hmmm... here is the closest description from UltiMarc's site:
