Radeon 7200 problem-Need help

I just got a Radeon 7200 card with S-video output.  I pulled out my old v-card and now I can't get MAME to work with the new one.  I'm running Win 98 with Game Launcher (it won't display either).

When I start Glaunch or MAME, the screen has looks like its been split 3 ways vertically and then each section offset from each other.  Anyone else had problems or have any ideas?  Thanks in advance.
