Canada is a big place--where precisely would you like to order from?
its better to not post and be thought a fool, then to whip out your keyboard and remove all doubt...

ontario would be nice...

but the biggest problem is the huge amount of duty i have to pay for ordering from the states . so anyplace in canada would work ...

use the search at the top and type in STARBURST.

I-pacs are only from England, and yup you'll probably pay duty.

Oscar spinners are available in Canada from this awesome guy (can't say enough nice things about him):

Yea, I'd say Starburst for the Happs stuff.  They charge $2 cdn for a button with microswitch which is pretty damn good.  They're open on Saturdays when they have an auction, but the next one isn't until September.

If you don't want to order from the UK, you could always order a KeyWiz from the states.  He sends them via USPS and you likely wont get hit with any duty (ask him to declare a low value and mark it as a gift).

I deal with Starburst, but I stop in and pick stuff up when I'm in Toronto. They are very competitive with their pricing (e.g. 3" trackball is just under $90). They buy in such high volume that they can do some really good pricing.
