The Atari/Kee Tank games did a couple thousand units. I am fairly sure that OregonPacman on klov.com either has one now, or used to have one.
The thing about black and white games is that most of them are just GONE. I currently own non-vector black and white games and only one of them actually works (Stunt Cycle works, Maze, both Sprints, Atari Basketball, and Super Space Stranger are all non-working, as was my other Sprint and my old "Snake" game that I have since forgotten the name of. The thing about these black and white games is the boards and the power supplies, as those monitors are dead reliable. I have NEVER owned a black and white monitor that didn't work.
