usb VS PS/2 for I-PAC
« on: July 29, 2004, 04:36:39 pm »
Newbie question here

I'm running windows 98 on ym computer that has:
2 USB ports
2 PS/2 ports

I'm thinking about getting a trackball and a spinner that are "plug and play" so I win;t need an opti-pac.

How should I get the controls configured?
Spinner and trackball and I-PAC
Should some be USB and others PS/2, or all one or the other?

Thanks!

Also, will the oscar "wiring harness" work on Ultimarc's $29 trackball?

Anyone have an opinion on those red trackballs?

Geez - a lot of questions for a first timer - huh?

:)
