WTB: free or cheap cab in Seattle Everett WA

I'm just starting to research for my mame machine and looking for a free or cheap cabinet to start me off.  I'm gonna use for a senior project at school.   All my money is tied up in a pc for the cab so if it had controls that would be perfect?  Also are there any used arcade vendors in my area?
