submission question?
« on: July 27, 2004, 06:50:09 am »
Just a quickie, is it advisable to submit your project half-way through or should you wait till it's fully complete?  I've noticed that certain projects are still in production even though they appear on the home page as new submissions?

thanks a lot

Craig

Sure you can.  I would recommend having more than just an idea though...
