need unique spinner for off the wall

Does anyone know where I can get a spinner for "off the wall"?  I want to make mine a 3 player, but can't find an identical spinner.  The spinning mech is tiny and enclosed.  It is so small it actually looks like an old volume dial, (potentiometer, variable resistor, pot, etc).  Has anyone had any luck with using different ones?

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Does it have 3 wires coming out of it, if so then it IS a pot based spinner.

Either way, I would ask around on the newsgroups, and possibly try calling local amusement places and seeing if anyone has one in stock. When calling around you MIGHT want to instead say you are looking for one to replace a missing one, as  that will make things easier.
