To most people, no (provided its a 4-way of course)
That said, for some folks it will *definately* matter:
1) Those for whom the "click" sound is grating...
2) RGVAC folks who are sticklers for details - this is *not* a bad thing by the way - as long as you make it clear somewhere on the cab that it is not 100% stock, you should be fine. Check the RGVAC archives for fun and enjoyment regarding, for example, reproduction side art that does not have any markings on it to indicate its a reproduction amongst other enjoyable discussions. Many RGVAC folks take game collecting very seriously - when you move into that realm, some are looking for musuem quality stuff which means 100% original. Again, thats not a bad thing.
I can only imagine the hellfire that must erupt from hard-core collectors when someone who bought a machine expecting it to have 100% original parts finds out otherwise...
