noob - Want To Run other emu's besides MAME
« on: June 23, 2004, 01:23:22 am »
Is there a front end that easily integrates MAME and other emulators, such as JNES and DGENS without the need for a mouse?
Automatic ROM listing population would be the #1 thing I'm looking for.

I am making a bartop console and do not want to include a trackball.  Mainly because I can't afford the cost and the space on the design.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I have been trying to use Emulaxian but I can't figure out how to add other emu's besides MAME

ok, you're new so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.... but seriously... did you even LOOK at this forum?  There are a ton of threads in the first couple of pages that talk about running different emus on a front end, most commonly MameWah.  In fact, there are at least 2 threads giving recommendations on what emulators to run for each system.

Go download mamewah, and if you have trouble setting up emulators on it, follow the instructions on screenshotarchive.com or download MameWah setup.  You should be good to go after that.
first off your and idiot

Man I love the internet, haha.
