Yes, JAMMA is still the standard used by most games, assuming they lend themselves to it. Racing, light gun, bemani, and any other type of game that does not use joysticks/buttons cannot be solely JAMMA. Games with non-standard controls may still use JAMMA for video, coins, power etc. Chances are any new upright cab with just joysticks and buttons is still JAMMA.

As for purchasing PCBs, eBAY is likely your best bet, but you can find a list of some re-sellers here.

95% of all new games produced today are Jamma. The exceptions are gambling games like video poker, 8 liners, and Cherry Masters which have their own wiring standards.

As an example, although it isn't exactly new.  I have a Konami Krypt Killer hard drive PCB which is JAMMA but in the original 5'x6'x8' cabinet had everything connected directly to the PCB, no JAMMA connector plugged in.  When I pulled that cabinet apart for the 50" screen I plugged the PCB into my JAMMA cab and it worked fine so was designed to be used either way.  The 3 shotguns still had to be plugged into the PCB but the player start buttons, video, sound and coin mech all worked off JAMMA just fine.
