Coin Mech bracket for a stern coin door
« on: June 16, 2004, 11:05:42 am »
Hey all,

Hopefully a very quick and easy question.  I have a Stern Coin door that came with 1 coin mech on one side, but not on the other.  I noticed that the other side was missing the entire unit (not only the mech, but also the mech holder and microswitch, etc.).  The question I have is, is it possible (and less expensive) to just purchase the mech holder for the one side?  Or is it easier (and cheaper) to just purchase another stern coin door (off e-bay or whatever) that has both mechs and holders already in place.  I have a coin mech that I want to use on the other side (player 2), but just no way to attach it.  Any thoughts, ideas, or suggestions would be awesome.  Thanks  :)

Coin Mech (www.coinmech.com) originally built & provided many of the component parts of the Stern coin door. The Coin Mech # 1700 channel assembly (without lockout coil) is pretty much what you need.
