I have this big beast of a 21 inch computer monitor and it has lost vertical hold or something. I get this thin bright white line horizontally thorugh the middle of my Screen. Mouse movement just makes it flicker.

IF there is a local monitor repai guy type, id be happy to bring it by and pay to have it fixed. Most local shops wont touch it saying its cheaper to buy a new one, but i really dont want to spend $200 ona new 21 inch CRT.

Hoagie,

There is a guy I know of in Macomb County. He repairs off-lease monitors and sells them on ebay. Ebay alias is danodmttech. Try him.
