TRADED: Have Wico 8-way and 4-way leaf sticks
« on: May 24, 2004, 04:56:50 pm »
Unfortunately, my lack of funds has forced me to abandon parts of my arcade dreams for more focused ones. I have an 8-Way Wico Leaf-switch joystick in near mint condition and a 4-Way Wico Leaf-Switch joystick in new condition (never used) to trade.  Both have tight rubber centering grommets and are totally rad.

I am looking for a number of things, here goes:
-a keyboard encoder (yeah, ight, who isn't)
-a trackball any type: optics not needed, I intend on doing a mouse hack. It just needs a good ball, rollers, and bearings.
-A dreamcast (I want one and do not have one, so I would need cables, games, controllers, and deck)
-a 4/8 way switchable joystick.  I am especially interested in the Omni-stick, or similar.
-anything else interesting or cool.

PM me if interested.

The trackball hacks that I have seen require the trackball optics.  they get interfaced into the mouse circuitry.

I could have sworn I had seen one by the guy who made the Cheep spinner that used mouse circuitry only.

But I see your point, optics would be a plus.

Oh, BTW the Wicos are both the red, ball-top sticks.
